Two partners, one standard
Steadfast Restoration Services was started in 2013 by two unlikely partners: a computer geek and a hardcore East Coast Marine veteran. Both had spent years at some of the largest full-service restoration companies in the Bay Area. Both wanted to do the work closer to home, with the attention a small team can give and the standards a large one requires.
One was raising identical triplet boys. The other was navigating a teenage daughter. The company was built so that families, theirs and their customers', came first. That is still the operating rule: show up fast, tell the truth about what needs to be done, and do not leave until it is done right.
What full-service restoration means here
Most restoration companies dry the house and leave. Most contractors will not touch a house until it is dry. Steadfast is both: an IICRC Certified Firm for water, fire, and mold restoration, and a licensed California contractor for the reconstruction. Our mitigation crews handle the loss and document it. Our construction crew rebuilds from that record. Same company, one point of contact, one schedule, one file for your insurance company, and a 2-year warranty on all workmanship.
Rooted in the Tri-Valley
Our office is on Boulder Court in Pleasanton. Pleasanton, Livermore, and Dublin are the neighborhoods we know street by street, with San Ramon and Danville a short drive up I-680. We know which subdivisions have slab plumbing, which decades of construction hide moisture in the subfloor, and which streets flood first in a February storm. That knowledge shortens the inspection and improves the outcome.
